BOOK REVIEW ...... MY FAB TRANSFORMATION STORY BY EZIAHA BOLAJI-OLOJO

This is actually the first time I am trying to review a book..Eziaha has written a truly great book and I am sure if the principled practiced in this book is applied, results will definitely be guaranteed. This is one of the fastest book I have read and from the time I downloaded the book I did not leave the spot I sat until I was done reading the entire book. The book is based on a personal story of how she lost 30kg in under four months. It’s an e-book and you can get a copy by sending a request to ebook@eziaha.com and I can also share my own copy with you if you prefer that just halla me. The interesting part is that the book is absolutely free.

Let’s review MY FAB TRANSFORMATION STORY  by Eziaha Bolaji –Olojo

It will be an error to assume that Eziaha has only written to people struggling with weight problems. For anyone who has ever had any struggle not necessarily weight problem the first chapter is something we all can bear witness to. The author started by going through a phase we all go through in life when we are confronted with a situation, the phase of denial. The stage where you try to make all the excuses and justify the reason for being in that situation.Eziaha eventually decided to do a reality check on herself and had to confront her demons. In her exact words “At some point in our lives we need to ask ourselves, why we are facing any challenge and have the balls to receive the honest answer”. In her own case she had suffered from post natal depression after the birth of her son, became indisciplined and indulged in food as a solace. This was the beginning of her transformation.

After doing her reality check the author decided to confront her demons, in this case to “lose weight and most especially honour God with her body”. Her weight loss journey started. She was not sure she could get back to her pre baby weight but she was willing to try to get as close to that as possible. The author put in work, she put effort, she put in discipline, she was consistent and but most importantly leaning on the strength of God to help her achieve her goals and win her demons.

Hebrew 12 vs 11. At the time, discipline isn't much fun. It always feels like it's going against the grain. Later, of course, it pays off handsomely, for it's the well-trained who find themselves mature in their relationship with God.  (The message bible).

She stayed focused even with all the moments of discouragements from lack of results to all the negative compliments about her weight from people, which  is what we do a lot as humans wanting to condemn and judge others over their own struggle even when we have demons we are fighting ourself just to appear like saints and better . But their were a few friends who cheered her on who believed that she was able to overcome.

Slowly but surely results started coming in and over a period less than four months, Eziaha had achieved her result. She had gotten herself back to her pre- baby weight which she was not sure she could achieve in the first place. She had confronted her demons in this case her weight and she had won. Even after facing and winning her demons, she refused to be at ease in Zion which is what a lot of us do when we think we have won a battle, we take things for guaranteed, giving room to the devil to return and then we lose our victory in a short period.Eziaha having achieved victory refused to take things for guaranteed, she changed her strategy to help her maintain her victory. One year later she still has her victory to show and is sharing her story as a means of helping others overcome their own struggle.

It is a very touching story of the author’s personal transformation and what the Lord can do with anyone who is willing to work. The story is on weight loss but the principles in this book( Overcoming any limiting mindset, focus, discipline, consistency, dedication) can be applied to any area of our life but  most especially taking  corresponding action to achieve your goal in the way and manner the Lord directs you will eventually have you seeing results sooner than you expect.
